What is USUI REIKI RYOHO;

Reiki is a therapeutic technique based on unconditional love and healing touch. It helps you connect with universe and God, which is by nature selfless Love. It affects the mind, the body, the emotions and spirit. It offers deep relaxation, serenity and wellness. The energy of Reiki is holistic, as much as it is rejuvenating for the body and soul.

It is a therapeutic system, particularly pleasant and relaxing.

It can help you relax, refresh and purify from anxiety, insecurity, fear, negativity and fills us with power, harmony, understanding and balance.

The origin of Reiki is in Japan and it means universal life energy. It is the energy that comes from the universe to earth liberation. It is a fresh energy that aims to cleanse and heal the body. It is an etheric energy, invisible to the bare eye, which can, however, be seen easily with the eyes of the soul.

Reiki works on three levels:

• Physical body
• Mental body
• Spiritual body

Working with Reiki you can release dysfunctional energy and can help you activate detoxification mechanisms in the body.
